The Town Manager is appointed by the Town Council and serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Town.
The Town Manager is responsible for the day to day operations of the Town and has overall management responsibility for all aspects of municipal government operations.
The Town Manager sees that all laws, Council Resolutions, and ordinances governing the Town are executed. He attends meetings of the Town Council and makes periodic reports to them.
The Town Manager prepares and submits the Town’s General Fund budget and keeps the Council fully advised of the Town’s financial and operational status. The Town Manager is responsible for the preparation of an annual report at the end of the fiscal year.
The Town Manager’s Office is located at 41 West Street, on the first floor of the East Wing.
