Cromwell Prevention & Awareness Council (CPAC)

The Cromwell Prevention & Awareness Council's (CPAC) mission is to increase community awareness of alcohol, tobacco, and other substance abuse and to provide the resources and programs that lead to the prevention of substance abuse in Cromwell through the collaborative efforts of community representatives.
