How Does the Reservation System work?

You may make reservations online, over the phone at (860) 632-3464, or in person at the library. You must have an updated public library card registered in our library consortium to check out a museum pass. Printable Passes may be reserved up to 30 days in advance.
 

How do I pick up my pass ?

Non-Printable passes must be picked up and returned at the library during open hours.
If you reserve a printable pass online, simply print the confirmation letter (or our reference librarian can print it for you). This print-out will act as the pass that you present to the museum.
 

Are there any limits or penalties? 

Non-printable passes picked up at the library are good for a period of 3 days. These passes are $2.00 per day if late. Only one pass per patron may be checked out per day. There are no late charges for printable museum passes, as they are only good for one day.
 

What does the museum pass allow me to do? 

Passes allow a set number of people to attend the attraction or museum for a reduced rate, or for free admission. Click the 'Learn More' option before reserving your pass to obtain more information. Please check with the museum you are interested in ahead of time for the most up-to-date information.

How do I cancel a reservation? 

You may call the library to cancel at (860) 632-3464.
