The Friends of the Library

The Friends of the Cromwell Belden Public Library is a volunteer, non-profit 501(c) 3 organization committed to the support and advocacy of the Library. The Friends sponsor programs, fund museum passes, and provide funding beyond the regular Library budget. Funds are raised through membership dues, book sales, raffles and community events. If you would like to join us, as either an active or supporting member, please complete the membership form, include a check made out to Friends of CBPL, and mail both to the Cromwell Belden Public Library.

Meetings are held the 1st Monday of each month at 6:30pm at the library. Please check the Library event calendar for location & schedule changes.

The Friends of the Library are actively recruiting for new members - including opportunities for cabinet positions in the upcoming year.

The Friends of the Library have not currently set a date for a major book sale. In the meantime, you can purchase used books from the ongoing Book Sale located in the rear of the Library. Check back for updates!
