When connecting a dwelling or improvement to the sewer system, a drain layer permit is required. In order to obtain this permit, you must comply with Town ordinances.

Public Service Announcements (PSA):

 

Best Management Practices - Fats, Oils, & Grease (FOG)

Residential and commercial appropriate disposal of FOG's is crucial to the proper function and flow of the sanitary sewer system. This PSA's intent is to provide detailed information on the proper disposal of FOG's.

Pump Station Obstruction Prevention

Frequent repairs & maintenance to pump stations are costly to the Town and those costs must be passed onto sewer customers. This PSA's intent is to provide guidance to residents that are upstream from a pump station.

Usage Billing Timeline

Annual usage billing statements are mailed the last week of March, due and payable, April 1st. Customers have until April 30th (postmarked) to pay in order to avoid delinquent charges. The timeline provided helps customers to understand the annual billing process.
