Congregate

Nutritious hot meals are offered five days a week at 11:45am in the Senior dining room. Preregistration is required 24 hours in advance. A Donation of $2.00 per meal is requested. Please call the kitchen at (860) 632-3407 to register.

Home Bound Meals

These meals are offered by CAGMC in Middletown to help ill, homebound, or disabled persons to maintain their independence in their own homes. Further information is available by calling CAGMC at (860) 347-4465 and asking for Nutrition.
