RFP for Insurance Agent of Record
The Human Resources Department is responsible for the administration of personnel and labor-relations activities, including employee recruitment and training, contract negotiations and collective bargaining, employee grievance resolution, employee safety, benefit administration, and providing related consultative services to the First Selectman and Department Heads.
The Department is also responsible for Town's Risk Management program including analysis, procurement, implementation, and administration of liability, property, and casualty insurance as well as workers’ compensation.
